I heard this song on the radio today and it took me back!  I was working at a store called Gold Circle and going to college.  I remember standing on a table and a bar with a couple of girls I worked with singing and dancing to this song.  It was the night before Thanksgiving, I think at the time I was only old enough to drink beer but drinking more than that, and had to work the next day.  Back in the day before the drinking age was 21 for everything with alcohol 18 year olds were allowed to drink beer.  For me I had just made the cut off.  So it was weird because I was allowed to drink beer in a bar and buy beer at a store but when the drinking age went to 21 most bars went to an age of 21 to be admitted.  Of course that was so long ago and things were not as strict as they are now and I got into most places anyway.  But I digress on this little history lesson.  Anyway, enjoy We Built This City by Starship from back in the 80's.
