I'm going back to school to change or enhance careers.  In a little over a year I will be a certified and licensed X-Ray Medical Technician.

I'm a little nervous and afraid because I don't know how it will all work out yet... trying to find a job or a couple part-time jobs, making the mortgage, and going to school Monday through Friday 4 hours every morning.  I will find away but just not sure yet.  I was lucky to get a seat in the class as like with nursing and other medical training the seats are limited.  I had to apply and go through an interview process and my application and advocate had to go before an acceptance board.  But I was accepted and they are going to take some of my credits from my other degree.  When it is all said and done I will have an Associate of Occupational Science degree.  It seems like this should be a good field where I can merge my IT skills with the more stable medical field.
