Went to the doctor, a hand surgeon today for x-rays and to check on my arm.  The x-rays look good, the bone has not moved since the initial x-ray New Year's morning.  He said I'm young enough, my bones are in good shape and my muscles are strong so he will not  need to put any screws or plates in to help with healing.  They put me in a new cast which will stay on for 3 weeks.  Then back for more x-rays and if it continues to look good I can move to a removable brace for the next 2 to 3 weeks of healing after that.  This makes me happy, no surgery!
