I guess I'm torn about the Oprah factor when it comes to her support of Obama.  She has every right to voice her opinion and support whom she chooses.  I just question her motives, why him and why now?  I also question people that would have their choices swayed by Oprah or any other celebrity.  I guess we see it all the time from product endorsements to fashion trends.  I think there is a big difference between selecting a Presidential Candidate and wearing jeans with a green stripe on the pocket.  It just makes me question our entire pop celebrity consumerism culture.  What do you think?
