I arrived in Cleveland last evening to spend Thanksgiving with my family.  It's always nice to come home.  I have not seen my family since Christmas 2006 although I talk to them several times a week on the phone.  One of the local news stations here keeps playing these commercials about the exercise program used by Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn.  I have to say he does have an incredible body so here is a little Thirsty Thursday on Monday.  Enjoy!
