I got the results of the little pill camera I swallowed a couple of weeks ago.  It was good news and I guess what I expected.  The good news was that I don't have any tumors or lymphoma.  I do have some mild erosion in the small intestine.  I don't have to go back to the doctor for like 3 to 4 months now.  At that time I'll have a blood test before I go and make sure that I'm doing good at avoiding the gluten.

It's been hard as of late.  I have to be more organized to make a lot of my food and a good deal of it from scratch.  Like tonight, I have a loaf of bread in the bread maker.  I made some Toll House squares from scratch with the wonderful world of gluten-free flours.  I'm a good cook but it's just so time consuming when you're use to ready made products and what not.

All in all, I'm glad to be healthy, to be loosing weight, and to be able to control Celiac by diet.
