I've Been Violated

I've been violated.  I was going through my bank statement for last month.  I'm a little behind due to being on vacation a few weeks last month.  Anyway, there was a large charge for over $300 to T-Mobile.  I called the number on the statement associated with the charge and it was directly to T-Mobile.  I spoke to a guy there and told him what the statement said and was informed that it was to pay for someone's phone bill.  I don't have T-Mobile.  I've had the same Sprint mobile number for like 10 years.  So they are investigating and I to cancel my debit card and get a new one issued.  It will take 7 to 10 days to get which sucks because I use it for everything.  I just can't believe that somehow my debit card number was used to pay for someone's T-Mobile phone bill.
