What Happened with The Cute Guy in Mexico
So I met this cute guy at Gioconda on Tuesday night. I was making martinis and we were all having a great time. People were coming and going and this cute guy and his friend (also kinda cute) came in and sat at the bar. I was at the bar and behind the bar. It was late, must have been around midnight. Anna asked me to trade seats with her so I would be next to the cute guy and her next to me. I thought this was so I could sit next to cute guy. We talked a little bit and they were going to come back the next day for the flaming martinis. I'm really bad at names so I don't remember it. I don't even know if he was gay but I was going to find out Wednesday.
Wednesday came and went. He did not come. I asked Florencia if she knew who he was. He spoke Spanish so I did not know if maybe he lived there, although you could tell he was from the US. She did not know him. So on Thursday I'm walking home to the condo in the late afternoon from the market. I needed a couple of things for dinner. From across the street I hear someone call out my name and look over to see cute guy waving at me. I asked where he was last night. He was not feeling well. Told him to come tonight.
Thursday I had a great time with my friends that own the bookstore. We had a couple bottles of wine (and I had one on my own before they got there) 
. So when they left I finished up the wine. I made a plate for Florencia and then did all the dishes and cleaned up and stuff. So, anyway I headed down to Gioconda but it must have been around 3:00 AM and I thought it was like 1:00 AM so it was too late.

She says yes. I asked if she thought he was coming tonight or if he lived there. Maybe she found out more for me. She said he was visiting and leaving Saturday and said "why do you love him"? And I said "no, but I wouldn't mind fucking him". We all just started cracking up. That's just so out of character for me to just blurt something like that out. Especially using the fuck word. And hello, I still don't know his name or if he was gay, straight, bi, whatever.
Anyway, that's what happened with cute guy.
