No, I'm not bragging, it really is a big one that I have!  Get your minds out of the gutter (although I've never had any complaints   ), I'm talking about my master closet.  It's official, I have signed on all the lines and initialed and dated all kinds of form, my house is now on the market.


The market has been a little soft but we still have a really good median home price here so I tent to make a nice profit which will allow for me to pay for my house in Mexico in cash and still have a nice retirement nest egg.
