The garage cleaning went OK but I only got 1/2 way through it because I ran out of room in the trash.  I have made a pledge to complete it Wed when I get home from work after the garbage pick up is complete.  I have a small stack of photos that I'm going to try to scan and see if I can clean up the scanned images.  I hope so because some of them bring back a lot of memories.

On the brighter side I have my friend and real estate agent coming out next week for a walk through and to sign the sales contract.  Next week I will be one step closer to my goal of an early semi-retirement and a life mostly in Mexico and a few months in the US.
