Just when I thought I must be undatable (and I still may be) someone in my age range contacts me on the on line dating service I'm using.  I sent back an e-mail and we'll see if it goes anywhere.

I was thinking about some of the clichés we see in everyday life when it comes to dating and relationships.  You often here the women in sitcoms say "all the good ones are married or gay".  Well, hello send some of the gay ones my way.  I often see it as the goods ones are married, straight, or both.

You can't control the people you are attracted to.  Why do I seem to be attracted to the married, straight, or otherwise unavailable or uninterested ones.  Then the ones that are interested I'm not interested in.  OK, this started off on a positive note but now it depresses me.
